What is CarbonPlan?
The creation of a CarbonPlan is both an iterative and organic process involving the examination of every issue which may impact upon a project or an organisation. A CarbonPlan must be flexible and should be adapted to match the needs of each client, project and business.
Through evaluation and interrogation a CarbonPlan ensures that maximum added value is achieved cognisant of the environmental and social impact.
Through this process CarbonPlan enables effective and informed decision making at every stage of the project, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful implementation of the strategies developed.
