BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method)
BREEAM assessments are required for all major Public Buildings projects including Healthcare and Education. In addition many Local Planning Authorities are implementing BREEAM conditions as is required in National Planning Policy. They encourage sustainable design, construction and future proofing of Commercial Building projects whether they are new build or refurbishments.

Sustainability for Commercial Buildings is a specialist Division within CarbonPlan. New clients work with our highly experienced assessors to manage and deliver projects from beginning to end. As the volume of work builds, all projects from a single client will be assigned to a single assessor or team leader. Our team of 6 certified assessors CarbonPlan is currently working on more than 30 projects.
